How to use Bell Management Centre

Bell Management Centre is a cloud-based platform that offers real-time access to the operational status and metrics of your IoT devices connected to the Bell network. This easy-to-use self-serve portal allows you to manage and monitor IoT devices and connections in real time with leading-edge diagnostic tools. With Bell Management Centre, you can:

Manage your IoT devices, SIM cards and subscriptions

• Order and manage SIM cards
• Activate, suspend and deactivate SIM cards
• Manage subscription packages

Monitor traffic and set trigger notifications

• View subscription traffic
• Analyze aggregated traffic
• Enable real-time trace
• Set trigger alarms

Analyze usage and subscription data

• Access real-time operational status and metrics
• Track usage data
• Review subscription details

1. Visit m2mmanagementcentre.bell.ca.
2. Enter your user ID and password, then select LOGIN.

2. Select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?.
3. Enter your user ID or email address and the CAPTCHA code provided, then select SEND EMAIL.
4. Password reset instructions will be emailed to you, including a link to create a new password. The link will be valid for 24 hours.

If you are unable to reset your password using the steps above, please contact Corporate Client Care at 1 888 289-0092 (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST).

1. Log in to Bell Management Centre.
2. Select Inventory.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Select Order SIM.

3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Select Subscription inventory.
5. Select the ISMI you would like to edit.
6. From the Actions drop-down menu, select Change subscription package.
7. Select the radio button next to the package you would like to use for this device, then select Change.
8. Select Confirm change.
9. Select Ok.

1. Log in to Bell Management Centre.
2. Select Reports.
3. Select Download reports.
4. From the Report type drop-down menu select Detailed billing report, then click anywhere outside of the drop-down menu.
5. Check the box next to the report you would like to download, then select DOWNLOAD REPORTS below the chart.
